Retrieves the raw FHIR R4 Bundle for a specific lab result by GUID. The FHIR Bundle includes Patient, ServiceRequest, DiagnosticReport, Observation, Organization, Practitioner, and Specimen resources as defined by the FHIR R4 specification.
