Changelog

February 2025 - Consult Status Set At

SteadyMD will begin to include a visitStatusSetAt field in our Consult response schema. This field will be a timestamp of the most recent change to the consult visitStatus. It is not intended to serve as an alternative to the 'Consult Status Change' platform events sent to the partner via AWS SNS notifications, but rather as a quick validation of when the most recent change occurred.

October 2024 - Partial Lab Results Release

SteadyMD will begin releasing partial / incomplete results we receive from the laboratories. Partial or incomplete results will now be available when partners receive the lab_results_received notification from SteadyMD. Final lab results are available when partners receive the lab_results_ready notification. Lab Results that are partial / incomplete will have no releasedAt date returned. Final results will have a releasedAt date.

August 2024 Asyncs escalate to Video / Phone

All async visits now have potential for a clinician to escalate the visit to video in addition to phone. Async consults will enter the In Call status if a phone or video visit is initiated. If the program supports messaging, the link for the patient to join the visit will be sent via the messaging experience. If the program does not support messaging, the clinician will have the option to text the patient the link to join the video chat.

May 2024 - Ready to Book Status, reasons for visits, Intake observations

SteadyMD will be releasing a change that effects all integrated program on demand consult workflows. All consult now have potential to enter a new status ready_to_book after received, assigned, or unassigned statuses. This change is due to our internal consult routing strategies. No action is expected for partner to leverage this status.

April 2024 - Consults Issue Status

Partners will receive an issue notification via your platform notification subscription when something unexpected happens with a lab order or result consult that needs to be investigated by SteadyMD. SMD Operations will work to resolve the issue. Partners can leverage this status to inform the patient there may be a delay in service due to an unexpected issue.
