Consult Endpoints

Consult endpoints are how you request care from a clinician. Once all the information a clinician needs to evaluate has been sent to the EMR, you can use a consult endpoint to request an async or callback consult, notify a clinician of a new message, retrieve available appointment times, schedule an appointment, or use our video visit platform.

The types of consults that can be requested in a program will be defined in the SteadyMD system. The SteadyMD team will provide you with these values after the workflow is defined. Partners cannot create consults for Consult Types not supported by the program.
