Intakes

Create an Intake attached to the Episode of Care. The Intake Questionnaire should include all of the clinically necessary information regarding a patient for the care being requested as agreed in the clinical protocol. This includes the questionnaire, potential answers, and the patient’s responses.

Intake Observations are structured values SteadyMD needs to safely provide care for the patient in the program.

Attach Intake Files for patient identity verification or to support the case for treatment.
