Async + Messaging

SteadyMD supports bi-directional secured messaging between a clinician and patient. Messaging requires partners to design and build the patient interface to interact with the SteadyMD APIs.

Messaging consults have mutually agreed upon clinician and patient response times (SLA) for each message. If a message is received off hours, it will be conducted within the SLA period from the start of business hours, however, Clinicians may respond outside of business hours.

Messaging supports receiving images to assist with treatment.
