Visit Status Updates
Partners will receive status updates as patients make progress through the program workflows. SteadyMD uses SNS topics to send out status updates to partners every time a consult moves to a new step in the process. This is how partners know when to retrieve treatment plans, if prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy, or if it’s time to remind the patient to join a video visit.
