The different ways clinicians and patients can connect during a visit.

  • Secured Messaging - secured bi-directional messaging between a clinician and patient. Messaging requires partners to design and build the patient interface to interact with our APIs. Messaging supports images to assist with treatment.
  • Phone - SteadyMD clinician calls the patient
  • Video - SteadyMD clinician joins a video call with the patient
    • Use our video element - After creating a video chat consult, request the Video Visit Patient UI element.
      • Provide a returnUrl to redirect the patient when the visit is over
    • Use your own video platform - provide a video chat external link when creating the consult.
