ID Verification

The verification type will depend on the modality and type of care provided.

Types of ID verification

• External - If the program allows for the partners to verify the patient’s identity, the ID Verification type will be external. This requires the partner to “attest” and inform us they have verified patient identity. External verifications require agreement between legal teams before this option can be used.
• Internal verification is done by a clinician during the visit.
